Common Questions About Your Legal Rights

The questions below cover the situations we hear about most — data access, account disputes, cookie settings and what happens when terms change. If your question is not here, reach us directly through the contact paths listed above and we will respond within five business days.

Your account is governed by the law of the jurisdiction where it is registered. For accounts opened in India, applicable Indian law applies alongside our platform terms. Access is available only where local law permits, so eligibility is determined by your location at the point of registration.

Email our compliance team with 'Data Access Request' in the subject line. Once we verify your identity — usually within two business days — we compile and send a full export of your account data within ten business days of verification being complete.

Yes. Submit a deletion request by email, and we will remove all data not required to be retained under applicable Indian financial regulations. Records tied to active disputes or regulatory retention windows must be kept until those obligations expire, after which they are deleted automatically.

We notify you by email at least seven days before any material change takes effect. The version of the terms active on the date of a specific transaction always governs that transaction, even if newer terms are in place by the time a dispute is raised.

Raise the dispute through live chat or email and include the UPI or Paytm transaction reference. Our payments team investigates within three business days. If the credit is confirmed as missing on our end, it is applied manually; if the issue is on the payment-network side, we provide the reference you need to file a claim with UPI or Paytm directly.

Open Account Settings and navigate to Privacy Preferences. From there you can turn off non-essential cookies while keeping session cookies active so your login and saved PhonePe or UPI payment method are retained. Changes take effect immediately and are stored against your account, not just your browser.

Using automated tools, sharing account credentials or attempting to manipulate game outcomes all breach our terms. When a breach is detected, we suspend the account immediately and send an email explaining the reason. You have fourteen days to contest the decision before any permanent action is taken.
