Below are the questions we hear most often about how o0o manages your personal data. If your question is not covered here, our privacy team is reachable through the support channels listed above.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth for age and identity verification, and payment identifiers linked to methods like UPI or Paytm. We collect only what is needed to operate and secure your account under applicable Indian law.

Payment transactions via UPI, PhonePe or Paytm are processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways. We retain a transaction reference for account reconciliation but do not store your full UPI handle credentials or PhonePe PIN on our systems at any point.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the Help Centre under the Privacy and Data category, or email our privacy team directly. Verify your identity using your registered account email, and we will deliver a copy of your data within the statutory response window.

After your account is closed, you can request deletion of personal data that is no longer required by law. Raise a ticket in the Help Centre selecting Data Deletion. Regulatory transaction records must be kept for the legally required period before deletion can proceed.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with payment processors like Paytm and PhonePe only to complete transactions, and with fraud-prevention services where required. No personal data is passed to advertisers or marketing data brokers.

We use three categories of cookies: session (required for login), analytics (page usage patterns), and preference (region and language settings). Analytics and preference cookies can be turned off in your account settings. Turning off session cookies will prevent login from functioning.
